We are located at 2219 Bronson Hill Rd, Avon, NY 14414
Our worship is contemporary in style, creating a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere.
Many people arrive 15 minutes early for some amazing coffee and conversation.
From flip-flops to wingtips, we have it all. Be relaxed or dress it up, we'll be happy to see you.
At New Horizon, church was never meant to be quiet. We love hearing kids laughing, playing, and singing alongside us in worship. Families are an important part of our church community, and we want everyone to feel welcome.
We make it easy to engage in church as a family. Family Kids Spaces are available if your children need room to move, play, or take a break during the service. We also offer a Nursing Mothers Room with a live stream so you won’t miss a moment.
You’ll also find arts and crafts supplies in the back of the church that kids of any age can enjoy during the service.
At New Horizon, we believe church is a place where the whole family belongs.
We’re excited to be revamping our Kids Ministry at New Horizon. In the near future, we will offer kids church lessons and new opportunities for children to learn and grow in faith.
For now, our nursery and kids spaces are open and fully stocked for families to use during the service.
Stay tuned for updates as we look forward to launching our new Kids Ministry.
At New Horizon, church isn’t just something we attend, it’s something we live out together. Each month follows a rotating rhythm that includes two Sundays focused on worship and the Word, a Sunday centered around a shared meal and fellowship after service, and a Sunday devoted to round-table discussion. Everything we do is centered on growing closer to one another and to Jesus.
On the first Sunday of every month, we focus on doing life together.
We gather for worship and an encouraging message, followed by a shared meal, games for families, great conversation, and good coffee. It’s a welcoming, relaxed space where relationships grow.
The remaining Dundays we gather in for worship, teaching, and meaningful connection. A typical Sunday service.
These gatherings are centered on growing deeper in our relationship with God and with one another as we are encouraged and shaped together.
Moses and Alicia have a heart to cultivate a church where people can encounter God, experience authentic community, and grow in faith together- right in the middle of life’s beauty and messiness.
Moses grew up in Uganda and later served with Youth with A Mission (YWAM), training communities in sustainable agriculture before attending Elim Bible College.
Alicia, originally from Watertown, NY, has a background in childhood education and led children’s ministry in YWAM Uganda.
Together they share a vision for a grace-filled church family where people are welcomed, experience healing, and grow in a genuine relationship with God.
